Here is a very nice old Dutch scene painting by Anton Rutgers (Dutch, 1898-1954). It is on flat canvas literally taped onto board. It measures 6 1/2″ x 9 1/2″ with a border of about 1″. The condition is very good and it is charming. Buyer pays for shipping.
